Patricia Juba's Thoughts
Helping others has always been a passion for me when it comes to helping women. I know from personal experience that it is difficult to be a provider and nurturer especially if you need healing within yourself. I personally have gone through the recovery process first hand so to relate to those women who find themselves broken, lost, unwanted, unloved… there is always healing and forgiveness that can always take place. No matter how low you fall there is always a way back up.
Positive change can be achieved when compassion meets action. Whether it is with family or within oneself. Through the world system and finding God and seeking truth that is when the true transformation can take place, and in fact took place for me. Having to deal with such transformation I am prayerful that other women to can do it. Through prayer, vision, and sleepless nights, “A Life Worth Living” was created, throughout this process and bringing the vision to life, I became an ordained minister, not only furthering my ministry through my personal life but to also be able to further assist those who are truly seeking change and growth.
The vision of A Life Worth Living is to be able to help those who cannot find the strength to ask for help or help themselves. We have all reached a breaking point where some can find the means to push through and some need help in getting through. No one will be left behind. I am a strong believer that if given the right tools of life
Life-Changing Retreat
Dear Patricia Juba,
I would like to tell you how much I appreciated being selected to take part in your Women’s Retreat . I’m not sure if you recalled that during the time when you kindly invited me to attend the Women’s Retreat I was going through a horrible chapter of my Life. That Spring I lost my Father to Lung Cancer
several months after I lost my Grandmother more deaths followed because the next few weeks we lost 2 more Uncles. Just when I thought it was finally at the end I got a call no parent wants to endure. My son went to celebrate with classmates that he decided to continue his studies in Criminal Justice at
UMass and was shot. Being a Parent is the most rewarding title I have, but after taking your children to one Funeral after another and losing so many love ones and then the fear of losing their brother it can become quite overwhelming to me and my children no matter how strong your Faith is practiced in your Home. The only thing going through my head at that time was why is this happening to my family ? I am a Community Leader in the City I never realized how hard it was to help others while you are going through yourself. I love helping others that’s why I chose this path but, let me tell you how hard it was not break down in the presence of clients.
For me at the time I couldn’t see a light light nor could I picture a rainbow in my future. Patricia Juba the Women’s Spiritual Retreat you provided couldn’t have come at a more desirable time in my life. I am forever Grateful to you Giving individuals attention through Love, and Peace of mind. Your Healing
Workshops and Networking and listening to others who also were dealing with Traumatic situations in their lives. Mostly important you created a Circle of Support for once return to our Families. Do you realize that some of the women who attended live in surrounding Communities but if you hadn’t
provided the Retreat we would not been able to make a Lifelong Bond with each other. I have attended many Retreats in my Life time but your Women’s Spiritual Retreat Impacted my life in a very Positive way.

Empowerment Through Vision
I had the honor of attending Evangelist Pastor Patricia Juba’s 2nd Fundraising Galaand Book Launch on August 24, 2024, in Taunton, Boston. Pastor Patricia is a woman deeply passionate about her calling and fully committed to delivering nothing short of excellence. Her excellence coupled with her compassionate heart was evident in the high-caliber event she organized—a joyous occasion rooted in a powerful vision: to provide hope to the hopeless, empower the powerless, and give a voice to the voiceless.
At this gala, Pastor Patricia also launched the anthology Through My Mother’s Eyes, in which I had the privilege of authoring the seventh chapter to honor the life of my grandmother. Fulfilling this personal dream alongside other authors, we shared stories of the incredible women who raised us to be the most empowered versions of ourselves.
What a joyous occasion that joint venture of fundraising and book launch was! Not only did I meet amazing women who are doing awesome things in the world, but I also had the most fun time dancing the night away with my co-authors and guests. I look forward to being part of next year’s Gala.
